I am delighted to share my exceptional experience with Alex from the Austen & Blake branch in Canberra Australia. Alex was incredibly helpful and demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, empathy, and understanding from start to finish. Alex was very patient, actively listening to our ideas and comments, and working alongside in finding the perfect ring for us even though it took us a while to get there, we got there in the end. Alex went above and beyond to ensure that everything that we wanted in our ring was perfect and crafted to mimic our idea. After our appointment, we asked Alex if we were able to separately discuss about the ring and she said “of course, take all the time you need”, in which we did. We finally came to a decision, and wanted to wholeheartedly purchase our perfect ring from Austen & Blake because of the customer service that we received from Alex. We noticed that major ring organisations could represent the same ring that Austen & Blake did, but could not mimic the customer service that we received from Alex. Alex made making and purchasing a ring not so confronting and made this experience for us a memorable one. I got my bespoke ring and I can believe how amazing it looks. I was trying to replicate my grandma’s ring and it looks exactly the same (even prettier).
